November 2005
Registration will be open from 8 am every day of Tencon'05 (including the Tutorial day on Monday).
The Welcome Reception at the Crown Promenade Hotel on Monday, 21 November will run from 6 pm to 8 pm. The Conference Dinner at the Crown Palladium will be held on Wednesday, 23 November and will commence at 6.30 pm for 7 pm.

The instructions to presenters (both posters and papers) are available for download.
September 2005The Advance Program is now available for download and in the Preliminary Program section.
Updated Camera-ready Paper instructions are now available. The Camera-ready Paper deadline has been extended until 25 September. The Early-bird registration has also been extended until 25 September.
Tutorial information and the timetable is now available in the Tutorials section.
A Note about Author Registration: A paper can be presented by any presenter authorised by the managing author. However, this presenter must have a paper accepted in the Conference and the managing author must be registered.
A Preliminary Program is now available from the Author's Centre.
August 2005

All delegates who require a sponsorship letter for obtaining a visa, please direct your request to chair.victorian@ieee.org Please include your paper's EDAS number and title and your full name and address. Letters can be posted or faxed (not emailed at this stage), please include a fax number in your request if you require the letter urgently.

The Copyright information has been updated and the form is now available for download from the Authors Centre. Presenter and Poster Guidelines will be available shortly.
We are pleased to confirm that paper acceptance notifications have now been sent to all submitted authors. If you have NOT received notification of your paper's status, please contact Professor Richard Harris.
The preliminary program will be available from Friday, 26 August 2005.
Please also note that Registrations are payable per person, not per paper. All payments are in Australian dollars.
